These Threadless 18g and 16g Fixed-Spike Curved Barbells from People's Jewelry are machined from solid stock ASTM-F136 implant-grade titanium and hand polished to a mirror finish. They feature a 3/32" (2.5mm) Fixed Spike on the 18g version and an 1/8" (3mm) Fixed Spike on the 16g version. Machined from ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium. Milled, manufactured, and assembled in the USA. Association of Professional Piercers Approved and Verified.
