I received my item and I don't like it, it wasn't what I was expecting or I ordered the wrong size. Do you accept returns?

Necklaces, finger rings, bracelets, & clothing can be returned for ANY reason, as long as the item is still in its original condition.

Please note: There are absolutely no returns for anodized Titanium or Niobium Jewelry. All anodized jewelry is considered custom ordered. Be sure you know what you want before you order anodized jewelry.

Items that are custom ordered from BVLA, Quetzalli, Freya, Maya, Tawapa, Anatometal, Junippur, Leroi, and if to be returned and still within their original unopened bag will receive a 20% restocking fee. This is non-negotiable.
