These "Achi" Septum Spikes by Peoples Jewelry are Hand-carved from ethically Collected and Sourced Water Buffalo Bone and Horn. These are available in Black Horn with White Inlays, and also White Bone with Black Inalys. Ranging in Sizes from  8g (3mm) – to 2g (6mm) they measure approximately 50mm in overall length.
